Nothing was done after the service call, not even a clear understanding of what was wrong with the furnace. Today Austin & Andrés (a great team!) came out to do a tune-up and inspection of my Bryant furnace. They were extremely friendly and professional and did an excellent job explaining to me the status of my furnace. They spoke in clear, non-technical terms so I could clearly comprehend their evaluation. They offered their expertise on potential improvements to improve the efficiency and life of my system, and showed me specifically photos which helped me to see the parts in question and the readings on the testing meters that lead to their recommendations. I would definitely recommend their service. I also enjoyed speaking with the owner, Gary, when I first arranged for the two technicians to visit!

The 2 guys that was at my home did a great job! Don't remember their names. One guy was tall with red hair. The other guy was shorter with black hair. Had my dishwasher fixed really fast. Explained to me what was wrong with my garbage disposal. But I didn't have the extra money to get it done right now. Would definitely welcome them back when I can. And appreciated them covering their shoes when they entered my home. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Gary gave me an excellent quote and even offered financing. I got a message from my Nest tstat that my system has ran 55 fewer hours than my old unit the previous month. I highly recommend them.

Austin was the service technician who came to clean and inspect my furnace today. He was very respectful and took his time to explain some things for me. I decided to go with their comfort club service which included today's service and a follow-up in the spring for my air conditioner. The fee for the two inspections including tax is only 158.69. Called them about my AC unit not turning on and they came out the next morning. Gary even bumped me to VIP so that my son and I didn't have to miss our whole days routine. During the heat wave we received last month, our AC began to freeze over. Due to the age of the unit and r22 refrigerant the unit needed to be replaced. Gary, Austin, and Andre were incredibly helpful from start to finish! Install was a breeze and the techs Austin and Andre were respectful to our family, animals, and house. They worked around us and we're incredibly polite. I had an outstanding experience with more heat, more cool Austin, and Andre were the 2 texts who serviced my AC unit, and they were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain the reason my AC. It wasn't working and walk me through the repairs needed.

Our a/c went out 6 day ago and the temp hot 87 downstairs and 100 upstairs. After reaching out to our land they scheduled work to be done and the technician from a different company never showed up. At this point we let them know the situation and that’s when Austin from More Heat More Cool was assigned our repair! That morning Austin called me and updated me on his arrival and he was spot on! Real friendly very informative as I work in a brewery and don’t know much about HVAC. He didn’t mind while I hung around and picked his brain about how things worked what he was checking and so on! He was able to find our issue, fixed it and went on to do some more preventative check to make sure that we wouldn’t have anymore issues. He gave me some pointers on what to do to help prolong the life of the unit and to overall just help the system! Would recommend them to anyone as they are a family owned business and I have found they’re always the best!

Andre and his co-worker (sorry I forgot the name) came and replaced my failing water heater. They were professional and courteous. They installed the new water heater and made it sure it was working properly before they left. I would recommend their services.

Austin called to let me know to expect him in 10 to 15 minutes and he did. When he arrived he had shoe covers in hand and that was nice to see. Austin went to basement where water heater was and went straight to work he informed me he would let me know of his findings. Within 15 minutes he was able to show pictures of leakage and answer my questions. Austin informed me that I should be receiving communication from Greg the office manager what the next steps would be. I look forward to hearing from More Heat More Cool.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! When there was a possibility that our Home Warranty company might not replace our furnace, Gary was a great advocate for us. He stepped up to the plate, went to bat, and hit a home run! When our furnace went out, More Heat More Cool was at our house within 90 minutes to assess the situation. When the crew came to replace the furnace, they respected our home completely to keep debris to a minimum and cleaned up fully after the job was completed. Gary took time to explain what we were to expect before the replacement, and the crew was very nice and took the time to explain all the functions of the new equipment. We also decided to have our old air conditioning unit replaced at the same time as the furnace installation. There was never any high pressure sales pitch to do more than what we wanted. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again if needed. Great company. great crew!

Technicians were able to identify problem and took several photos to help explain the issues they found. Fixed the immediate issue and made recommendations to prevent further issues with some additional services. No pressure to select or decide to perform additional services and provided an email that thoroughly explained the additional recommended services and the costs for each. Technicians were respectful of home and property and very pleasant. Would be happy to work with this company again!

The serviceman that arrived but shoe covers on his shoes right before he entered our house. He was friendly, knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. He was able to do a temporary fix until the part comes in. His experience was very helpful because it was 25 degrees and our furnace was not working at all

We had an issue with our furnace. We called our home warranty company to address the issue. They contacted More Heat More Cool, to service our furnace. They sent out a tech to diagnose the problem, turns out that the circuit board was bad. They ordered the part and within a week or so they had it and got it installed. Luckily the tech was able to temporarily restore our heat on the first visit. We are glad it held it held up until they got the circuit board in. Andre was our tech, he is very polite,courteous and knowledgeable. Gary is also delight to work with. He is also very personable and knowledgeable about his trade. We were shocked that we received a Christmas Card from the company after only speaking with them once. I highly recommended More Heat More Cool to anyone needing HVAC work done. They also offer other services to keep your equipment up and running like it should. They are my new HVAC company for any issues that may arise.

Gary was very helpful when our home warranty sent him out about our heater. It stopped heating very well in the middle of December and it was going to get below freezing. Gary got us scheduled ASAP, even moving someone else on his schedule as we couldn't turn on the furnace upon inspection (it was emitting a lot of C02). Gary also answered the phone every time we called and was very prompt in his communication. Andre came and did the inspection and install, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very polite about our house, asked to use the bathroom, etc. he was here all day working hard to get our new furnace (and in the end, AC as well) installed. 10/10 service, I would highly recommend this company!
